IT Manager

An established international retail brand is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical, cross-functional technology projects.

Required Experience:

Strong track record of managing technology projects in multi-site retail or hospitality environments
Experience delivering customer-facing systems (eg, POS, kiosks) and internal platforms (eg, ERP)
Effective at managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
Strong financial acumen - experience managing project budgets

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of business transformation and IT projects
Drive delivery across both waterfall and agile methodologies
Oversee stakeholder alignment across multiple departments and regions
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budget controls
Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external vendors to ensure project success
